Since the date of shipment of an order, if any commodities are found defective in the first year, we offer replacements for the same quantity of defective items at free of charge terms. If replacements are required at an urgent basis, we prepare the replacements in one week, and ship to you through airplane or courier express services. Chima afford all costs for free replacements.

Out of Warranty Repair services
If, the warranty for the commodities that you buy from Chima are expired, Chima offers you charged Repair service. If you want this service, please contact the Chima distributor where you bought from, or if you buy from Chima headquarter directly, you can contact Chima headquarter directly to request the price and lead time for your Out-of-Warranty repair service.
